...was designed to provide members with quality dental care at even lower out of pocket costs for a slightly higher monthly premium than the Hallmark Plan. Once again, ALL covered Dental procedures are listed by procedure code in the **Member Schedule of Benefits and Co-payments. This Schedule takes all of the surprise out of the member's cost for receiving dental care because he or she knows what their out of pocket costs will be in advance.

The GRAND Plan can be offered to groups on a Voluntary or Employer paid basis with a minimum of 5 (five) employees participating.
